Tillsonburg Hydro Inc's New Customer Engagement Portal

The new web-based software will allow customers access to more self-serve options while utilizing an intuitive interface for easy navigation across the portal.

Accessing the Portal

To access the Portal for the first time you will need to create a new password, click on the forgot password link and follow the on-screen instructions to gain access. Please ensure to use the email address used in your ECare profile. Once you have completed the password reset process, your User Name will be your email address.
